Terms & Conditions — kilat7

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "kilat7", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the website located at kilat7.cam, an internationally licensed offshore entity.
• "Platform" — the kilat7 website, mobile-optimised web interface, and any associated software or applications through which betting and gaming services are delivered.
• "Member", "you", "your" — any natural person who has registered an account on the Platform and whose registration has been accepted by kilat7.
• "Account" — the personal account opened in a Member's name on the Platform, used to access kilat7 services and hold a Rupiah-denominated balance.
• "Balance" — the total of all funds credited to a Member's Account, including deposited funds, confirmed winnings, and credited bonuses, minus all wagers placed and withdrawals processed.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit awarded to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements and the conditions of the specific promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required before full account functionality (including unrestricted withdrawals) is activated.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive transaction currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all Platform operating hours, cut-off times, and draw schedules.

To be eligible to open and maintain a kilat7 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
3. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by kilat7 or any other licensed gambling operator, that remains in force;
4. You have not previously had a kilat7 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
5. You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party in connection with gambling activity;
6. You are not employed by kilat7, its affiliates, or any third-party service provider whose relationship with kilat7 would create a conflict of interest in relation to betting outcomes.

kilat7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending review.

Each individual may register and maintain one (1) Account only. The existence of more than one Account attributable to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying marker — constitutes multi-accounting, a breach of these Terms subject to immediate sanction.

When completing the registration form, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid, actively monitored email address to which you have sole access;
• Your date of birth;
• Your current residential address in Indonesia;
• A mobile phone number registered in your name.

You warrant that all registration information is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify kilat7 of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. kilat7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact kilat7 support immediately.

kilat7 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts. KYC completion is required before a Member may process withdrawal requests above the minimum threshold or access full platform functionality.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• National Identity Document: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing all four corners and legible text;
• Proof of Address: A bank statement, utility bill, or offici al correspondence dated within the last three months bearing your name and registered address;
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your KTP beside your face in good lighting — this confirms you are the person named on the document.

Documents must be submitted via the secure upload interface within your Account dashboard. kilat7 reviews all KYC submissions manually within 24-48 hours. Members are notified by email upon approval or if additional documentation is required.

Accounts verified to the highest tier (Gold) enjoy expedited withdrawal processing — typically same-day — and access to higher deposit and withdrawal limits. kilat7 may conduct periodic re-verification or request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing obligations.

kilat7 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits — including those from a spouse, family member, or business associate — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal of the deposit and potential Account suspension.

kilat7 does not charge fees on deposits. Any transaction fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are borne by you. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact kilat7 support with your transaction reference number.

Members may request withdrawal of their available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification;
• Your Account must not be subject to any active bonus wagering requirement — you must either complete the bonus playthrough or forfeit the bonus before initiating a withdrawal;
• Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 100.000;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name matching the name on your kilat7 Account;
• The withdrawal destination must be one of the payment methods you have previously used to deposit — this is an anti-fraud requirement.

Processing Times: Gold-tier verified Accounts submitting withdrawal requests before 21:00 WIB receive same-day processing. Silver and Bronze tier Accounts are processed within 24 hours of request submission. Withdrawals requested on public holidays or weekends are processed on the next business day. kilat7 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any receiving-bank fees are borne by you.

kilat7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal requests or where account activity raises a risk flag. Such reviews are concluded within 72 hours. Members will be contacted if further information is required.

kilat7 periodically offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentives. Every promotion is governed by specific terms displayed on the promotion page and presented to the Member before opt-in. Acceptance of any bonus constitutes agreement to its attached conditions.

Standard bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirement: The multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit) that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Example: a Rp 500.000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 5.000.000 in qualifying bets;
• Validity Period: The timeframe within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unmet requirements at expiry result in automatic forfeiture of remaining bonus funds;
• Eligible Games: The specific games that contribute toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games may contribute 10-20%; some games may be excluded entirely;
• Maximum Bet Limit: The highest per-wager stake allowed while bonus funds are active — typically Rp 25.000 per bet. Exceeding this limit voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it;
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Some bonuses impose a ceiling on the amount of winnings that can be withdrawn after wagering completion — commonly 5x to 10x the bonus value.

kilat7 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, exploiting software errors, wagering patterns designed solely to meet playthrough with minimal risk, or collusion with other Members.

Bonuses are intended for recreational use by individual Members. kilat7 may amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice except where doing so would affect bonuses already credited to Member Accounts.

All wagers placed on the kilat7 Platform are governed by the general betting rules set out here and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted when a confirmation message is displayed in your Account and the stake is deducted from your Balance. kilat7 reserves the right to reject any bet without providing a reason. Rejected bets are refunded immediately.

Settlement: Winning bets are settled and credited to your Balance as soon as the result is confirmed. Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of that sport. Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators and are final.

Voided Markets: kilat7 reserves the right to void any market where:

• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable rescheduling window, or abandoned before completion;
• A pricing or technical error resulted in incorrect odds being offered;
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption affecting the integrity of the event.

Voided bets are refunded at the original stake. Where a voided selection forms part of a multi-bet (accumulator / mix parlay), that leg is treated as void and the remaining legs stand.

Maximum Payouts: kilat7 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day to manage risk. Current limits are displayed in the betting rules section of the Platform and may vary by sport or market type. These limits apply to the total return (stake + winnings) and are enforced even where the calculated return would exceed the cap.

kilat7 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and trustworthy betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between kilat7 and other operators or between kilat7's own markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate outcomes, share inside information, or defraud the Platform;
• Use of Bots or Automation: Employing software, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, scrape odds data, or interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorised;
• Insider Betting: Placing wagers based on non-public information that provides an unfair advantage — particularly relevant in sports betting and sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets;
• Bonus Abuse: As defined in Clause 7;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal, dispute, or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with kilat7 support. Frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent Account closure.

kilat7 employs a combination of automated fraud detection algorithms and manual review by trained analysts to identify prohibited conduct. Evidence may include betting patterns, IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, and transactional data. Members suspected of prohibited conduct will be contacted and given an opportunity to respond before final sanction is applied.

kilat7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9;
• The Member has failed to respond to reasonable requests for information or documentation within a specified timeframe;
• kilat7 is legally required to do so by a competent regulatory or law-enforcement authority.

Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to restrict their own access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 6 months). Voluntary Closure: Members may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting support. Pending wagers will be allowed to settle and any positive Balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.

Upon permanent closure, all Bonus Funds and unredeemed loyalty points are immediately forfeited. kilat7 retains Account records for a minimum of seven years to comply with financial regulations.

kilat7 provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, kilat7 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, virus-free, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kilat7 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from system downtime, software malfunction, or any technical error;
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement caused by third-party data providers or game studios — kilat7's liability in such cases is limited to refund of the stake;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond kilat7's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

In any event, kilat7's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of stakes you placed in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kilat7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

All content on the kilat7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, audio, video, and the compilation thereof — is the property of kilat7 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting activity only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from kilat7;
• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or spider to extract data, odds, or content from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform materials.

The kilat7 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of kilat7. Use of these marks without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

kilat7 collects, stores, and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments:

• Your personal data is stored on secure servers with bank-grade encryption (256-bit SSL);
• kilat7 will never sell or share your data with unauthorised third parties;
• Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil legal, regulatory, and operational obligations;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

kilat7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified.

Material changes — such as amendments to eligibility criteria, withdrawal terms, or liability clauses — will be communicated to Members via email to the registered email address on file and via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 10.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kilat7's operating entity is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Indonesia Market Context: kilat7 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws applicable to their participation in online gambling activities. kilat7 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online betting in Indonesia.
